Effective: 1 January 2025
Last Updated: April 2025
Governing Law: Nepal
Important notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Client") and White Tiger Holidays Pvt. Ltd. ("White Tiger Holidays", "we", "us", "our"). By making a booking or enquiry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms on behalf of yourself and all persons included in your booking.
01
Definitions & Acceptance
"Booking" refers to any travel service, package, tour, hotel reservation, airline ticket, visa assistance, or related service reserved through White Tiger Holidays.
"Client" means the lead traveller and all persons on the booking. The lead traveller must be at least 18 years of age and accepts these Terms on behalf of the entire group.
These Terms apply to all bookings made directly with us, via phone, WhatsApp, email, or through our website. Additional terms from airlines, hotels, and other suppliers may also apply and will be communicated at time of booking.
02
Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment AND issuance of a written confirmation by White Tiger Holidays. Verbal agreements alone do not constitute a confirmed booking.
- A deposit (typically 25–30% of the total package cost) is required to secure most bookings; the exact amount will be advised at time of enquiry
- For certain peak seasons, group bookings, or early bird packages, a higher deposit or full payment may be required upfront
- Airlines, hotels, and cruise lines have their own booking conditions which will be communicated to you; these form part of your contract
- All bookings are subject to availability; prices are confirmed only at time of payment
- It is the Client's responsibility to verify all details on the confirmation document and notify us of any discrepancies within 24 hours
03
Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) or US Dollars (USD) as indicated, and are subject to change until full payment is received and booking is confirmed.
- Prices include only the services specified in your written itinerary; all other expenses are the Client's responsibility
- Government taxes, airport taxes, and fuel surcharges are included unless stated otherwise
- Currency fluctuations may affect quoted prices for international packages; we reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly with prior notice
- Full payment is due no later than 30 days before departure, or immediately if booking is made within 30 days of departure
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), and cash at our office; card payments may attract a processing fee
- Receipts and tax invoices will be provided for all payments made
Price guarantee: Once full payment has been received and your booking confirmed in writing, the price is guaranteed and will not increase.
04
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing (email or WhatsApp message) as soon as possible. Cancellation charges are calculated from the date we receive your written notification:
| Days Before Departure |
Cancellation Charge |
| 61 days or more | Deposit only (non-refundable) |
| 31–60 days | 30% of total package cost |
| 15–30 days | 50% of total package cost |
| 8–14 days | 75% of total package cost |
| 7 days or less / No Show | 100% of total package cost |
Important: Some airline tickets, hotel bookings, and cruise reservations are entirely non-refundable regardless of the above schedule. These will be clearly identified in your itinerary at time of booking.
Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 15–21 business days from the cancellation date, returned via the original payment method where possible. Bank transfer charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellation by White Tiger Holidays: In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel a booking. In such cases, we will offer you a full refund or an alternative package of equivalent value. We are not liable for any consequential losses.
05
Amendments & Changes
If you wish to make changes to a confirmed booking, you must inform us in writing as early as possible. Amendment fees may apply in addition to any charges levied by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers.
- Name changes on airline tickets may not be permitted; in such cases a new ticket purchase may be required
- Date changes are subject to availability and may attract fare differences plus an amendment fee
- Reducing the number of passengers in a group booking may affect the per-person price for remaining travellers
- We reserve the right to make minor changes to itineraries where circumstances require (e.g., hotel substitution of equivalent standard, changed timings) without liability
06
Travel Documents & Visas
It is the Client's sole responsibility to ensure all travel documents are valid and in order. White Tiger Holidays can assist with visa applications and documentation as a service, but we do not guarantee visa approval.
- All travellers must hold a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity beyond the return travel date
- Visa requirements vary by nationality and destination; we strongly advise checking current requirements at the time of booking
- Where we apply for visas on your behalf, we require all documents to be submitted promptly; delays caused by incomplete documentation are not our responsibility
- Visa fees are paid to the respective government authority and are generally non-refundable regardless of outcome
- We are not liable for any costs, losses, or delays arising from a refused visa, incorrect documentation, or failure to obtain required entry permits
- Health requirements (vaccinations, COVID-19 tests, etc.) are the Client's responsibility to fulfil
07

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
