What Your Parents Will Need
- Valid passport — minimum 6 months validity remaining. If theirs has expired, we can guide them through renewal first.
- Passport photos — we can arrange these in Kathmandu.
- Visa — we prepare and submit everything. Some destinations (Maldives, Bali) need no advance visa at all.
- Basic travel insurance — strongly recommended for older travellers; we can arrange it.
- Regular medication — in original packaging, with a doctor’s note for anything unusual.
If your parents have mobility limitations or medical conditions, tell us. We book airport wheelchair assistance, ground-floor rooms and slower-paced itineraries as standard when needed — but only if we know.
Paying From Abroad
The most common hesitation we hear is “how do I pay from here?” We accept international bank transfer and card payment, and every booking comes with a written invoice listing exactly what you’re paying for.
You can also pay a deposit first and the balance after visa approval — a fair structure when you’re arranging something from 7,000 km away.
