Short domestic flight to Cappadocia (Kayseri or Nevşehir airport). Check-in to a cave hotel carved from volcanic tuff. Afternoon: Göreme Open Air Museum, fairy chimneys, underground city of Derinkuyu. Sunset at sunset viewpoint — hundreds of balloons drifting over the valley.
Day 5: Hot Air Balloon Ride — wake before dawn, float over fairy chimneys and rose valley at sunrise (1 hour). Afternoon: Pigeon Valley hike, pottery workshop in Avanos, Uçhisar Castle panoramic views. Traditional Anatolian dinner.
