Passport & Visa History
- Original passport (valid at least 6 months, min. 2 blank pages)
- Copy of all stamped/visa pages in current & previous passports
- All previous passports (with copies of stamped/visa pages)
- Details of any previous visa refusals (submit original refusal letter)
- Residence permit if applying from country other than nationality
Photographs
- Two recent colour photos (35×45mm, white background, biometric preferred)
- Full name written on the back of each photo
Employment / Business Documents
- Employed: Employer letter (position, duration, approved leave & return confirmation), last 3 pay slips (stamped), social security registration
- Self-Employed: Company registration, tax registration, signature circular, official notice of formation
- Farmer: Farmer certificate from Chamber of Agriculture, proof of land/products
- Student: College letter with course details and confirmation of return after visit
- Retired: Pension documents or proof of obligations to return
Financial Documents
- Bank statements (last 6 months) — must show sufficient accessible funds
- Fixed deposits not accepted
- No unexplained recent large deposits
Travel & Accommodation
- Hotel reservation (confirmed, matching flight dates)
- Round-trip flight reservation
- Travel health insurance (valid for entire stay, min. coverage for emergencies & repatriation)
Personal & Family Documents
- Detailed family registration certificate
All documents must be originals or certified copies. Incomplete applications may result in refusal.
